Attorney Emily R. Eash is proud to be your trusted legal partner in Western Massachusetts.
Originally from Indiana, she obtained her B.A. at Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana, and her Juris Doctor degree from Western New England University School of Law, Springfield, Massachusetts.
Before starting her own practice in 2022, Emily spent time working in multiple legal capacities at various non-profit organizations and large legal firms across the Commonwealth, allowing her to bring a rich knowledge base to her practice. Her specialties include Estate Administration and Family Law, including divorce, custody disputes and guardianships. Emily is a fierce advocate for her clients, and prides herself in being able to humanize the legal process by treating each case with compassion, care and respect.
Attorney Eash is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Court Appointed Attorneys and Franklin County Bar Associations. She is an attorney for the Franklin County Juvenile Defense Panel with Youth Advocacy Division of CPCS. Included in her local interests, Attorney Eash spends her time as a member of the Franklin County Lawyer Referral Service Board member, she is the Clerk of a local Planning Board and is a member of a local Planning and Construction Committee.
